What's new in the latest version?

In addition to many new features, here are some changes in terminology.

Opportunity Tracker: this is now called pipeline, as in sales pipeline or deal pipeline. This is where you can track potential deals in your sales funnel from leads through to closings.

Goals: set yearly goals and check progress on the dashboard. Past deals are found in the transactions tab.

Income calculator: check out the new dashboard! Your goals are in the third column.

Files: are now attached to notes. You can search all notes and files in the top search bar. You can also add or find files in a contact profile under notes. Open a note, and your file will be there as an attachment. Bonus, you can also attach files to a deal or a property!

Task Checklists: they're still associated with the deals on your pipeline. But they are now called task workflows and are much more powerful. You can customize the pre-built checklists for leads, buyers, sellers and closings. These can be found in the add task field, as well as in the custom task workflow.

Marketing:

Follow-ups: these are now recurring reminders on your schedule. There's no longer a standalone follow-ups page, as you can manage all your follow-ups, birthdays, home and wedding anniversaries right on the contacts tab.

Daily planner & agenda: your daily tasks can be found by switching to the day view in the new schedule section. We will be considering a new, improved daily routine and daily agenda notification email to help keep you on track each day.

Family members: family members can now be found in the bottom left of your main contact's profile. You can also add multiple phone numbers and email addresses for family members with custom labels (ex. Monica's cell, Chandler's cell). Looking for family members' birthdays? They're located in the reminders section in the top right of the main contact's profile. You can also customize the follow-ups and birthday reminder labels (ex. Monica's birthday, Follow-up with Chandler).

Professionals: these have now been merged into your contacts. We've automatically created a group for you called "Professionals", so you can simply filter by this group to see all your professional contacts. Professionals now have full profile features just like other contacts.

HomeHub360: the previous homeowner portal management option has been discontinued. We will be considering a new, streamlined approach to generate annual home reviews and property valuation reports for clients directly from within RealOffice360 CRM.
