What is a recurring reminder?
A recurring reminder can be used for:
- Birthdays,
- Home anniversaries,
- Wedding anniversaries, and
- Follow-ups for your multi-touch relationship marketing system
Your reminders will display in your contact's profile and your schedule.
Add a recurring reminder from a contact profile
Choose a reminder type:
If your contact already has recurring reminders, select the + sign to access the reminders menu.
Customize your reminder's:
- Title
- Type
- Start date
- Frequency
- Assignee (team plan only)
- Email notification
- Additional details
Click Save.
Add a recurring reminder from your schedule
Click Add Event.
Choose recurring reminder.
Customize your reminder's:
- Title
- Type
- Start date
- Frequency
- Link to (search and select a contact, or leave it blank)
- Assignee (team plan only)
- Email notification
- Additional details
Click Save.
