Follow the instructions below to connect your Microsoft 365 for Business Outlook email account to RealOffice360® CRM. Please note, personal email accounts using @outlook.com, @hotmail.com and @live.com are not currently supported. Please contact our support team to let us know if you have any feedback or experience any problems connecting your Microsoft 365 Outlook email account.

Step 1 - Add Your Microsoft 365 Outlook Email

In RealOffice360® CRM, go to your Email Settingshttps://app.realoffice360.com/settings/email

1. Click the Connect your email (beta) button.

2. Click the Connect your Microsoft 365 for Business account button

 

3. Log into your Microsoft 365 account
(IMPORTANT: personal @outlook.com, @hotmail.com and @live.com accounts are not supported)

 

4. Read and accept the request for permissions. Click Accept to continue

 

Step 2 - Wait for sync to complete

You will see a screen similar to the one below which indicates that RealOffice360® CRM successfully connected to your Microsoft 365 Outlook email account and that syncing is in progress. If you experience issues trying to connect, it is likely that the IMAP and SMTP settings may need to be enabled for your Microsoft user account. To do this, please see the Microsoft 365 troubleshooting guide or send it to your organization's administrator.

 

Congratulations!

RealOffice360® CRM has successfully connected to your Microsoft 365 Outlook account and the syncing process is in progress. You can click the Check connection button to check the status of the connection. If the status shows Connected, you're done and can start sending emails from RealOffice360. If there's no connection after 5 minutes, click the View Troubleshooting button.

Issues or questions?

Please note that personal @outlook.com, @hotmail.com and @live.com accounts are not supported due to security limitations imposed by Microsoft. If you try to login with your personal email you will be shown an error message.
