Navigate to the pipeline.
Click on the three dots at the top right of your deal card.
Make your selection from the menu:
- Completed transaction: click on As won deal.
- Lost or archived transaction: click as As lost deal.
RealOffice360 tip: you can edit a lost deal to list the reason the deal was lost.
