Payment Methods

Here's how to update your credit card on file and troubleshoot common payment issues.


Notice: June 1, 2025 - Due to a recent change to our payment processor, please be sure to update your payment credit card in your account settings.

Update your Payment Method

🛡️ Security Reminder: Always log in directly to RealOffice360 to manage your payment information. Be cautious of any unsolicited payment links you might receive via email, as these can be fraudulent.

  1. Log in to RealOffice360 at app.realoffice360.com
  2. At the top right, click your Avatar icon (or initials) and select My Subscription.
  3. Scroll down to Payment Method and click Edit payment.
  4. Enter your credit card information and click Save.

Payment Issues

Most credit card issues can be resolved by:

  1. Contact our support team using the help chat button below. Or, click the "Help" button in the top header in RealOffice360 CRM
  2. Call your credit card provider to authorize the transaction

Additional notes:

  • We only accept credit cards for payment
  • We don't accept ACH or other forms of payment at this time
  • Ensure you have enough funds available
