Payment Methods
Here's how to update your credit card on file and troubleshoot common payment issues.
Notice: June 1, 2025 - Due to a recent change to our payment processor, please be sure to update your payment credit card in your account settings.
Update your Payment Method
🛡️ Security Reminder: Always log in directly to RealOffice360 to manage your payment information. Be cautious of any unsolicited payment links you might receive via email, as these can be fraudulent.
- Log in to RealOffice360 at app.realoffice360.com
- At the top right, click your Avatar icon (or initials) and select My Subscription.
- Scroll down to Payment Method and click Edit payment.
- Enter your credit card information and click Save.
Payment Issues
Most credit card issues can be resolved by:
- Contact our support team using the help chat button below. Or, click the "Help" button in the top header in RealOffice360 CRM
- Call your credit card provider to authorize the transaction
Additional notes:
- We only accept credit cards for payment
- We don't accept ACH or other forms of payment at this time
- Ensure you have enough funds available
