How to switch the owner of a Team with another Member
Step 1 - Disconnect your Gmail or Outlook if synced to RealOffice360 CRM
Step 2 - Disconnect Google Calendar and Contacts if synced
Step 3 - Disconnect Mailchimp if synced
Do this for both accounts.
Now, it's only a matter of switching login usernames between the two of you. However, this is a bit tricky, as you can't update the username of an account to a username that is already being used. Therefore:
1. in the first account
please go to https://app.realoffice360.com/settings/profile and change the username to something temporary - it does not have to be a real email account. We do this to free up the username.
2. in the second account
update the username to the original username of the first account. This will work, as this username is currently not being used by any other account.
3. back in the first account
update the username to the original username of the second account. This should also work, as the second account changed their username in the previous step.
After this, you will have two accounts with correct usernames/roles, but wrong names and passwords. Please update the names and passwords for each account. Set up any integrations you need for each account.
