Manage Contact Groups
Create custom groups and keep your real estate database organized
Custom group names are a Premium feature.

Creating a new contact group
Navigate to the Contacts tab from the side bar.
Select Actions from the top right.
Choose Customize groups from the drop down menu.
Type the group name into the search bar.
Click Add.
Click Done.
Adding multiple contacts to a group
Navigate to the Contacts tab from the side bar.
Select the contact profiles to add by clicking on the checkbox to the right of their name.
Click Group as.
Select the group(s) from the drop down menu.
Click Apply changes.
RealOffice360 Tip: Use the search bar to quickly find the group you're looking for.
RealOffice360 Tip: If some of your selected contacts are already in a group, those groups will have a minus sign in the checkbox field indicating this. Continue adding the new group as normal, the pre-existing groups will not be affected. There are no limits on how many groups a single contact can be in.
Editing contact group name
Navigate to the Contacts tab from the side bar.
Select Actions from the top right.
Choose Customize groups from the drop down menu.
Click on the group name to edit.
Type your changes.
Changes are auto-saved.
Deleting a contact group
Navigate to the Contacts tab from the side bar.
Select Actions from the top right.
Choose Customize groups from the drop down menu.
Click on the trash icon next to the group to delete.
Confirm that you would like to permanently delete the group. This action cannot be undone.
This group will be removed from all contacts it is applied to.
