1. Top bar: back button (exit profile view), edit the contact name (rename), star or favorite the client

2. Contact photo and actions: upload a contact photo, add a note, send an email, click-to-call clientsend sms/text message, log a call, and add a task. You can also upload files for a contact by creating a note, then attach/add files to the note.

3. Contact information: editable fields for contact information including phone numbers, email addresses, primary mailing address, company or job title, website and social links, contact group labels, acquistion lead source, family relationships and linked contacts.

4. Contact activity: history of all your client communications, interactivity and actions including tasks, notes with file attachments, email conversations, logged calls, and upcoming and completed tasks. Use the activity tabs to filter by the type of communication or action.

5. Upcoming activities: any upcoming tasks that are scheduled for the client. 

6: Past activities: a month-by-month summary of past client interactions including notes, email conversations, logged calls, and tasks.

7: Profile options: delete or merge contact.

8: Contact reminders, deals and properties : set reminders for client follow-ups, birthday reminders, home anniversaries, and wedding anniversaries. Add lead opportunities and pipeline deals, track past deals, and add client properties with home information, property values and upload files.
