Close a Deal

Have a deal in your pipeline that's been won or lost? Change the status and move it to your transactions

Navigate to the pipeline.

Click on the three dots at the top right of your deal card.

Make your selection from the menu:

• Completed transaction: click on As won deal.
• Lost or archived transaction: click as As lost deal.

RealOffice360 tip: you can edit a lost deal to list the reason the deal was lost.
