How to store and manage a contact's spouse information in RealOffice360 CRM
There's two ways in which you can store a contact's spouse information in the RealOffice360 CRM database. As a linked or unlinked relationship.
Unlinked relationship
Use this option when you want your print mailing labels to generate only one address label for the couple (e.g. "Jane & John Doe").
NOTE: make sure that when you create the relationship entry, the type is one of: husband, wife, spouse, or partner.
Linked relationship
Use this option when you want your print mailing labels to generate one address label for each contact, regardless of their relationship. That is, a label for Jane Doe and another one for John Doe.
