We’re thrilled to announce some exciting enhancements rolling out over the next few months! Our mission remains clear:

To kick things off, we’re introducing four key updates:

• Message Alerts – Stay informed with regular updates about what we’re working on and where we’re headed.
• Feedback System – Share your thoughts with us! While we may not respond to every submission, your collective feedback will shape our future improvements.
• Virtual Assistant – Meet your new Virtual Assistant: B.O.B.E. (pronounced Bobby). B.O.B.E. stands for Book Of Business, but can you guess what the "E" stands for? Submit your guess through the Feedback button in the Help section. Correct answers will enter a draw for a mystery prize! (It’s a mystery because we haven’t decided on the prize yet—but it will be valued at under $100. 😉)
• Client Insights – This is the backbone of your business. You can find the Client Insights tab in any of your existing contacts. Let B.O.B.E. take voice notes for you and automatically file the results! And this is just the beginning—stay tuned for the next stage of Client Insights, designed to make building your Book of Business even easier!

We're launching the new Message of the Day feature to provide you with helpful tips, exciting product updates and productivity hacks.

Stay tuned for the release of the new Client Insights section to make it easy to gauge your relationships and convert Contacts to Clients.

We're excited to announce that we made some updates to the Goal Calculator. You will be able to either:

• input your desired Income and we'll calculate how many Clients you need to generate that steady yearly income
• input your existing Client* database size and we'll tell you how much Income that database may produce each year

*In RealOffice360, Clients are defined as individuals with whom you have a deeper relationship, whose current needs, motivation and resources you know. This includes those for whom you’ve filled out the Client Insights section or anyone with whom you’ve completed a transaction within the past year.
