Navigate to the Settings tab.
Select Lead capture.
Copy your System email address.
Log in to your Realtor.com for professionals account.
Click on your profile picture located in the top right.
Choose Settings from the menu.
Click Lead settings.
Navigate to the Connections Plus section.
Click Change.
Click Add email.
In the Send leads to window:
- Select lead forwarding from the drop down menu,
- Paste your @ro360mail.com system email address, and
- Select Plain text emails.
Click Save.
Repeat the Add email set-up steps for the Profile leads and Courtesy leads sections.
