In order to set up lead forwarding from Ixact Contact, you will need to change your account email address to your RealOffice360 system email address. Any incoming leads will then be automatically updated into your RealOffice360 CRM.

 

In RealOffice360, navigate to the Settings tab.

Select Lead capture.

Copy your System email address.

Next, log in to your Ixact account.

Select the User Profile button in the top right.

Select the Contact & Address Info tab,

Paste your RealOffice360 system email address.

Click Save.

Next, navigate to the Lead Capture tab.

Scroll down to the New Lead Settings section.

Verify that the Send me an email notification of each new lead option is checked off.

Click Save.
