Cancellation

Thank you for trying out RealOffice360 CRM. We'll be sad to see you go.

To cancel your account, go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Your account will be automatically canceled at the end of your monthly or annual billing period. Until then, you'll have full access to your RealOffice360 account.

Please note that cancelling your subscription plan will permanently delete your RealOffice360® account, erase all your data including contacts, deal information, and tasks at the end of your subscription term.

Undo Cancellation

At any time during your cancellation period, you can go to Settings > Subscription > Subscription Details and click on the "Reactivate Subscription" link to undo the cancellation request and resume your regular billing.

Delete Account

If you wish to permanently delete your RealOffice360® account and all your data, you can submit a request to our support team from within the application. To do this, log into RealOffice360® app or desktop web app and go to Help (?) > Contact Support > Leave us a Message and submit your message to request for us to permanently delete your account and all your data.

Please note, that your subscription must be cancelled first in order for us to delete your account and data.
